Step 4 - Simulation Results

WinTXS™ simulation engine takes fractions of a second to compute results. A Summary of Results screen provides numerical data: torque, discharge temperature, residence time, etc. Summary screens are also provided for analysis of heat transfer and mixing. Axial plots of melt temperature, pressure, percent solids (i.e. identify exactly where material is melting), fill factor, viscosity, residence time, power, heat transfer, etc. are provided for easy interpretation of results. All plots can be printed and saved or exported to third party application software (e.g. output to Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Use the slideshow controls to navigate through WinTXS™ Simulation Results screen displays.
